Warranty Coverage

Coverstore offers a variety of warranty coverage periods, based on the product category and material collections listed below. For the duration indicated, we warrant our products to be free from material defect and product construction and performance flaws not attributed to normal use. A warranty term begins from the date of purchase and applies to the individual/company named on the Coverstore invoice. Should we determine a defect in the material or workmanship of the product within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the cover. We reserve the right to make the final determination on defects. Any alterations or modifications made to the cover will invalidate the warranty.

Note: Only products purchased directly from Coverstore.com or Amazon, are covered by our warranty. Unauthorized sellers may be selling used, damaged or altered products & are therefore not covered by our Manufacturer Warranty.

How to File a Claim

Please use our easy, step by step process to begin a warranty claim.

Step 1: Take 3 Photos
To better assess the damage to your cover,
we request photos of the following:
Product tag
Wide angle of the cover in use
Close up view of damage
Step 2: Start Your Claim
Enter your order number & email address
in the form. Once submitted, choose the
item(s) you are filing a claim for.
Upload the 3 images of your cover.
Step 3: Submit Claim
Once all your information is filled out and
your images are uploaded, you can submit
your claim. Our team will review your claim
and get back to you in 3-5 business days
with further instructions.
