Our Classic covers are designed with water-resistant commercial 12-gauge Vinyl, as opposed to the typical 8-gauge Vinyl most cover providers use. This increases our covers durability, strength, and lifetime use. All Classic covers are lined with Polyester instead of the usual fleece, which provides additional breathability, prevents mold and mildew, and acts as a deterrent to rodents.

Our Elite covers are made from breathable, water-resistant Polyester to provide superior protection year-round. Stock-dyed 300-denier Polyester material with an eco-friendly backing promotes both UV ray and water resistance. These covers are strong and durable, but also lightweight for easy storage.

Our Ultima covers are now available in 600-denier ripstop Polyester. This industry leading material is engineered with reinforced threading to resist tearing, ripping, cracking, and scratching while providing superior protection against moisture, fading, and everything in-between.

Our Prestige covers are created with 900-denier Polyester, the highest denier available on today's outdoor cover market. Although these covers are elegant and aesthetically pleasing, they are also incredibly durable, water-resistant, and strong.


I live in the North where winters are bad. Which protective cover should I use?

While all of our covers are proven to withstand nearly every weather condition, some of our collections are more suited to Northern weather than others. If you live in an area that regularly receives heavy to extreme snow, rain, and wind, we recommend our Prestige or Ultima covers. These covers will offer the highest level of protection against all weather conditions. Elite covers are best used in areas with moderate snowfall and moderate to high wind and rain. Classic covers are another option for those who live in areas that face high rainfall and snowfall due to being made of 12-gauge water-resistant Vinyl fabric.


Do your outdoor table and chair set covers come with a hole for the umbrella?

Select table and chair set covers come with our unique convertible 2-in-1 feature. These covers come with a covered slot with a zipper, so if you do not have an umbrella or store it elsewhere, your table is still completely covered. If you are keeping your umbrella in the table, unzip when you put the cover on, and then zip it back up around the base of the umbrella. How do I measure for my outdoor patio furniture or grill cover?

Our intuitive How To Measure page includes instructions on measuring your grill and your other outdoor furniture to find the best fitting cover. We know that finding the proper size cover is very important to the overall protection of your patio furniture. A cover too small won't provide adequate protection, and a cover too large will create pockets for standing water and may balloon on windy days. If you can't find the perfect size, it is best to go with the next size up. Depending on the collection, our covers include a variety of features designed to help keep your cover in place.

Can I purchase a cover using my credit card and have it shipped to another address?

Warranty Information

Does the warranty cover water resistance?

No. Although our outdoor covers come with moisture repellent properties, they will still hold moisture under certain circumstances. To avoid trapped moisture, ensure the cover fits tightly and is about 1 to 2 inches shorter than the item being covered to allow for air flow. To avoid pooling water, place a table riser or other object under the cover to allow water flow off. We also recommend applying fabric protectant annually to ensure your cover continues to repel moisture over time.


Does the warranty cover mildew?

No. While our outdoor covers are designed for breathability, certain outlying factors actually encourage mold and mildew. The best defense to prevent trapped moisture is by choosing a proper fitting cover and is about 1 to 2 inches shorter than the item being covered. Additionally, removing the cover after prolonged wet periods and thoroughly drying the item before applying the cover will also prevent mold and mildew.


Does the warranty cover fading?

No. Fading means to lose color or brightness. Our solution-dyed covers are fade-resistant because the yarns are dyed prior to being woven into the fabric, making the color more saturated and the fabric less likely to fade quickly. While all covers will lose color after prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, fading will not effect the functionality or durability of our covers.


Does the warranty cover damage to the item being covered?

No. Wind and other outlying factors can cause the cover to move or shift, leaving the item beneath it exposed. Fortunately, there are several ways to counter this effect, such as choosing a proper fitting cover, utilizing security features like the adjustable drawcord and buckle straps, and making sure the item being covering is clean and dry to prevent trapped moisture and scratches.


Is my cover under warranty if I make modifications to it?

No. Your warranty will be invalidated if you make any modifications or alterations of the product throughout the duration of the warranty term.

How do you ship your outdoor covers?

Coverstore.com uses UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day Select and Ground services, as well as the United States Postal Service. You can select the shipping method of your choice during the checkout process.

NOTE: UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, so USPS will be used for those orders.


Do you ship outside of the continental United States?

Yes! We currently ship to the 50 United States, Canada, Guam, The U.S. Virgin Islands, Australia, and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Learn More


How can I change my delivery address?

You can change your shipping address as long as we haven't started the shipping process. This is usually within 1-2 hours of placing your order. (During our busy holiday season, it might be shorter.) If your order has already been placed, it's best to call our customer care center at 1-866-889-8896 rather than email. Our distribution center starts packing orders quickly to make sure your order arrives to you as fast as possible. We can't guarantee that we can change the delivery address (but we'll do our best!), so please take extra care when entering your address.


Once your package is in transit, we will not be able to change the shipping address. Additionally, we are unable to cancel an order after shipment. You may be able to contact the courier company with your tracking number to receive the package at a different address. However, there is a chance that you will have to pay additional fees for the request.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are generally processed within 2 hours of being placed and shipped within 1-3 business days (weekends not included). Custom cover orders will take 3-4 weeks to ship. Please review the Shipment Time Chart for normal delivery times to your area, for both international and domestic orders.


Is a signature required for deliveries?

No - a signature is not automatically required. However, UPS will ultimately determine if a drop-off location is sufficient (safe) based on their standards and may require someone to sign for the package.


What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Can I return a cover I don’t like or that doesn’t fit?

While we strive to provide you with the best cover possible, we understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out. We offer a 30-day (beginning on date of delivery) no-questions-asked return policy for a full product refund. Simply fill out our return form to guide you through the process. Please note that all custom covers are not eligible for returns.


How is my refund calculated?

You will get your original payment minus any discounts and fees. If you are using our prepaid return label, the amount will be deducted from your refund.


Is there a shipping charge for returning an order?

If you are using our pre-paid shipping label, the amount will be deducted from your refund.


When will my refund be credited back to me?

Please allow up to 14 business days after your return has been received and processed. Depending on your account provider, it may take additional time before your refund appears in your bank account and we have no control over this.


How do I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so you need to submit a request within two hours of your order being placed to cancel your order. Requests must be submitted via the Cancel Order Form.

Please note that we can only cancel orders if they have not yet been processed, which usually happens within an hour of being placed. After providing your email address and Order Number, the system will automatically indicate if your order is eligible for cancellation. Once your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.


How do I change my order?

Unfortunately once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes. You will need to cancel your order instead if it has not yet been processed, and place a new one. Please see details above on how to cancel an order.

How do I clean my cover?

For light cleaning, use a garden hose to wash cover. For thorough cleaning, use a sponge or bristle brush, a mild soap and warm water. Allow cover to dry completely before folding and/or storing in a dry area. Do not wash in the washing machine. Please visit our Cover Care Guide for further details.


Where can I go to see your products?

As a direct-to-consumer online retailer, we do not have any physical store locations. Our products are exclusively sold through our website. By cutting out the middle man of other retailers, we are able to provide our products to you at the lowest cost possible, giving you the highest value on the market.
