When we ordered the cover the address was entered with an extra digit, when UPS tried to deliver they found a different address for our family in a different state; for some reason UPS then decided to deliver the cover to the different state. When we contacted The Cover Store they immediately made it right by sending a new cover to us that day. This is our 2nd cover, the first lasted five years in direct AZ sun. Our new cover fits perfectly. looks great, and we know it can take the AZ sun.
