This is my third purchase with Coverstore. Obviously I like their products. Somehow this order was lost in transit. UPS tracking claimed that the order had been delivered to our porch, but we never found it. When I called Coverstore, the respondent immediately put in a claim to replace the covers in the order. It took a while for Coverstore to check with UPS, but after the process came to an end, they shipped the covers second day air. I appreciate Coverstore's no nonsense response to my problem.

repeat customer, have been buying covers from the cover store for years. sent them the specs for what i wanted covered, they suggested a perfectly fitting cover. every cover has held up amazingly well. good quality, good service, great people. no reason to shop elsewhere.
